It all starts the night before gameday! Head to Old Town and join the CSU marching band and spirit squads as we paint the town Green & Gold!
Ram Town & Ram Walk Tailgate
The enhanced gameday experience begins before gates even open at Canvas Stadium with parking lots and tailgating opening four hours prior to kickoff.
The Ram Walk Tailgate returns for the 2024 season with a new location at the intersection of Hughes Way and Meridian Ave. on the east side of the IM Fields. The central hub for all things tailgating and pre-game celebrating, Ram Town features the Ram Walk Tailgate hosted by CSU Alumni Association & CSU Athletics with live bands and beverages (water, soda, and beer) available for purchase.

Team Arrival/Ram Walk
Join the CSU marching band and spirit squad on Hughes Way to meet Coach Norvell and the team for the Ram Walk into Canvas Stadium TWO AND A HALF HOURS prior to kickoff. The 2024 Ram Walk features a fresh new look for the year going back to our roots with pumpkin and alfalfa.
March to Victory Parade
Honoring the past and cheering on the present, new in 2024 is the March to Victory Parade hosted by ASCSU. Hear Comatose fire 48 minutes prior to kickoff to signify the start of the March to Victory Parade. The number 48 is special to Colorado State honoring legend Fum McGraw and his number as a football player.
Join the CSU Marching Band and Spirit Squad on Meridian Avenue as they march to Canvas Stadium so all fans are in their seats for the pregame show. 48-MINUTES prior to kick off
Inside Canvas Stadium
Student Section & Concessions
There will be plenty of new inside Canvas Stadium this season starting with the CSU Marching Band with the migration moving to the middle of the student section.
The previous band section will be used for overflow of the New Belgium Porch.
We are introducing a new, discounted concession menu exclusively for students in the fourth quarter. Show your Ram Card and earn a discount on hot dogs, fries, popcorn and nachos.

New Football Team Introduction
Be in your seats 20 minutes prior to kickoff for the Rams' team introduction. The new Battering Ram, the CSU Marching Band, and the Spirit Squad will electrify Ram fans as they welcome the Green and Gold onto Sonny Lubick Field.
