Salt Lake City, Utah - The Colorado State swimming and diving team fell to the University of Utah 128-109 on Saturday afternoon.
The Rams won only five of the 13 events contested. Senior Corinne Hofstetter won the 200 butterfly in a time of 2:08.83 and senior Jamie Robinson won the 200 breaststroke in 2:21.72.
Colorado State senior Kristen Schneider withdrew from the meet after finishing fourth in the 200 backstroke due to illness.
The loss snaps an eight match conference winning streak for the Rams.
Colorado State will return to the pool on Jan. 24 to take on Denver in Moby Pool.
