Swimming & Diving Signs Two More

Swimming & Diving Head Coach John Mattos announced the signing of Rachel Rey from Fort Collins and Jennifer Schnell from Libertyville, Illinois to National Letters of Intent.
Both student-athletes will enroll at Colorado State for the fall semester in 2004.
? Rachel Rey, Fort Collins, Colorado (Fort Collins HS)
* Finished 16th at the 5A State Championships in the 200 Freestyle and 22nd in the 500 Freestyle during the 2004 Championships where Fort Collins finished third.
? Jennifer Schnell, Libertyville, Illinois (Libertyville HS)
* Helped lead the Libertyville relay team to a top 25 finish at the Illinois State Meet. Also swims for the Lake Forest Club Team. At the Illinois Swimming Senior Championships she finished 13th in the 100 backstroke, 30th in the 200 backstroke and 34th in the 200 butterfly.
The signing period continues until May 1 for both men?s and women?s basketball and until August 1 for all the other sports except football.
