NEW ORLEANS, La. –
The Colorado State men’s cross country team is ranked again at No. 27 in this week’s USTFCCCA’s NCAA Division I National Coaches’ Poll, following a one-week absence.

The Rams re-emerged in the poll after upsetting Mountain West champion New Mexico at the NCAA Mountain Region Championship last weekend. The Lobos remain ranked one spot ahead of CSU. The Rams also passed up in-state rival Air Force at last weekend’s meet. The Falcons fell out of the rankings this week.

Both Teams Move up in Mountain Region

Both the Colorado State men’s and women’s teams improved their standing in the regional round last weekend. The men placed fifth, improving from a sixth-place ranking, while the women also moved up a spot, from seventh to sixth.
