Rams fall in dual at Wyoming, 166-132

Goodwyn, Hauber, Thomas leave Laramie with individual victories
LARAMIE, Wyo. -- The Colorado State Rams swimming & diving squad traveled north to face the Wyoming Cowgirls in a dual meet on Thursday. CSU had three swimmers win a total of five individual events, but Wyoming left the meet victorious by a score of 166-132.
Sophomore Marie Goodwyn (100 & 200 Fly) and senior Rowan Hauber (50 & 100 Free) each won two events, while junior Tonicia Thomas won the 100 Back.
Goodwyn has won the 100 & 200 Fly in all three meets this season, and Hauber has done the same in the 100 Free.
Freshman Maddie Ward was the runner-up in both the 100 & 200 Breaststroke events, and combined with Thomas, Hauber and Carmen Mand to take second in the 200 medley relay.
CSU is now 2-2 on the year, with wins over BYU and Colorado Mesa.
CSU will host Houston on Nov. 3 at Moby Pool. The meet is the team's 'Ag Day' and is an orange out. The meet is slated to begin at 5 p.m. MT and admission is free.
