FORT COLLINS - On Wednesday, Colorado State University President Joyce McConnell released an action plan related to the independent investigation conducted by Husch Blackwell. The action plan is linked below:
Director of Athletics Joe Parker issued the following letter to Colorado State Athletics student-athletes and staff:

Dear Rams,

Today, President McConnell announced an action plan drawn from the conclusions of the independent and thorough investigation conducted by Husch Blackwell. Included in that action plan are multiple steps that will further our commitment to inclusion and diversity within our department, and they should stand as further confirmation of our steadfast belief in providing a world-class academic and athletic experience for our student-athletes.

As we have all adjusted to the ever-present challenges brought on by the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our student-athletes and staff has been at the forefront of our decision-making processes. President McConnell's action plan amplifies the care and concern we have for our University, our athletic department, and our community.

As we move towards a fall break and holiday season, please continue to take care of yourselves and those around you, practice physical distancing, and wear your mask when required to do so. I look forward to finishing the year strong.

Joe Parker
