(November 16, 2022) An historic week for the Colorado State cross country teams as they head to Stillwater, OK for the NCAA Championships. For just the fifth time in school history, both the men's and women's teams have qualified for nationals and coach Andrew Epperson joins the show to preview the championships. Later, we look at the undefeated starts for the men's and women's basketball teams. Plus, a preview of football game at Air Force this Saturday with the Voice of the Falcons, Jim Arthur.

(November 13, 2025) This week on the Colorado State Insider, Brian is talking hoops as both the CSU men's and women's teams open the season strong. The men grabbed a midweek win over Cal Poly, and we'll hear from junior Cary Booth along with head coach Ali Farokhmanesh.
