Nominations Now Open for Hall of Fame Class of 2023

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Nominations for the Colorado State Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2023, the 31^st in program history, are now open.

Induction into the Colorado State Athletics Hall of Fame is one of the highest honors the department bestows upon former Rams and Aggies student-athletes, teams, staff, and coaches. Individuals are inducted into the Colorado State Athletics Hall of Fame every other year on the grounds of exceptional athletics contributions to the University.

The Hall of Fame Committee stewards the nomination process, votes, and recommends candidates to the Director of Athletics for final selection. The committee includes a collection of former student-athletes from various sports, current Hall of Famers, and department administrators.

A list of past Hall of Fame inductees as well as the nomination form and policies, candidate criteria, and selection procedure can all be found at CSURams.com/HallofFame.

Those who wish to nominate former Rams and Aggies student-athletes for induction are encouraged to thoroughly review all aforementioned documents before submitting a nomination form to the Hall of Fame Committee.

All nominations and supporting information submitted will be carefully evaluated and considered by the Hall of Fame Committee. Nominations must be submitted to the committee by midnight on Monday, March 13 by e-mailing nomination materials to ramlegends@colostate.edu. To be eligible for consideration, nominees must be a minimum of eight years removed from their playing career, making the 2014-15 season the most recent for which student-athletes could have concluded their careers.

Inductees will be notified by Director of Athletics Joe Parker and announced by the department following the conclusion of the selection process.

Details on Hall of Fame Weekend, which includes the induction ceremony, will be announced following the complete release of the Rams' 2023 football schedule.
