CSU, Visit Fort Collins Partner to Elevate Athletic Experience

Colorado State finds unique opportunity to support athletics programs at home and on the road
FORT COLLINS – Colorado State Athletics continues to embrace change forming a unique partnership with Visit Fort Collins. The two units have joined to celebrate the spirit of the university and town with uniform patches for Colorado State's spirit squads. The partnership helps enhance the experience for all spirit squad members.
"The partnership with Visit Fort Collins provides a great opportunity for our spirit squads," head coach Dawn Burton said. "It allows our program to experience new heights that we previously were unable to reach. The city of Fort Collins takes pride in the University, and we are grateful to bring that pride at home and on the road."
Not only will the patches be featured on the spirit squads' uniforms and CAM the Ram, but also on various signage the unit uses throughout games. The collaboration encompasses the great relationship between CSU and Fort Collins.
"The partnership between our athletic department and Visit Fort Collins embraces what makes Colorado State a world-class university in one of the best cities in the world," Director of Athletics John Weber said. "We are grateful for the support of the city helping us bring the best experience to our students at home and on the road. Opportunities like these are uncommon ways we will continue to explore to elevate the total athletics experience."
