Rams have hit mark 29 consecutive semesters

FORT COLLINS  – As part of Christopher Woodard's annual expectations, this one lands high on the list.
 
For the 29th consecutive semester, Colorado State's women's swimming and diving team was named a Scholar All-American team by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America. The squad's GPA for the fall of 2025 was 3.67, well above the 3.00 threshold set for program's nationally.
 
Colorado State's team posted the best GPA among its Mountain West peer teams for the semester. As part of the run, the Rams have secured a team GPA of 3.40 or better for 13 consecutive semesters.
 
The team closes the dual season this Saturday at Moby Pool when it hosts Northern Colorado for Senior Day. Diving begins at 10 a.m., with swimming beginning at 11 a.m. Eight seniors will be recognized, as will former All-American, NCAA champion and six-time Olympic gold medalist, Amy Van Dyken, for her inclusion into the Colorado State Ring of Honor.
