2016-17 (SENIOR):
Teagan Griffith spent most of her senior season competing in Freestyle competitions. Griffith posted her best times at the MW Conference Championships where the California native finished with a time of 51.88 in the 100 Y Freestyle. Griffith also finished in 6th place in the 200 Y Freestyle with a time of 1:51.19.
2015-16 (JUNIOR): Competed and posted CSU's third-best time in the 200 Freestyle...Also competed and participated on CSU's top squad in the 800 Freestyle Relay. Â
2014-15 (SOPHOMORE):Â Posted CSU's third-best times in both the 100 and 200 Freestyle events... Was also a key member of the team's top 400 and 800 Freestyle Relay squads... Was an Academic All-Conference honoree for the second-straight year.Â
2013-14 (FRESHMAN): Competed in sprint freestyle, earning the fourth-fastest time of the season for the team in 100 Freestyle (53.49) and the third-fastest in the 200 Backstroke (1:53.85)... At the 2014 Mountain West Championships, competed on the quickest 400 Freestyle Relay and 800 Freestyle Relay teams... Earned Mountain West Academic All-Conference honors.
HIGH SCHOOL: Is a 2013 graduate of San Luis Obispo High School, where she swam and lettered all four years... Earned all-conference recognition each year... Helped lead the Tigers to its first undefeated conference season in a decade... Won a league title in the 100 Freestyle (53.43) as a senior, setting a PAC-7 conference record... Named her team's captain and MVP as a senior... Qualified for the Southern California finals each year... Also swam with the San Luis Obispo Seahawks Swim Club.
PERSONAL: Born and raised in San Luis Obispo, Calif. ... Parents are Russell and Amy Griffith... Her older sister, Kiley, is studying international relations and ballet at Marymount Manhattan College, while her brother is a high school league champion in diving... Performed ballet for five years... Is studying communication studies.
