2018-19 (SENIOR): Placed second at the MW championships ini the 400 IM (4:14.77); third in the 1,650 freestyle (16:25.33) and fourth in the 500 free (4:48.62). ... Swam leg on the 800 free relay that placed ninth (7:26.23). ... Scored second most points for team at championships (82), ranking eighth for the meet. ... Posted season-best swims for the Rams in the 500, 1,000, 1,650 freestyles, the 200 butterfly and the 400 IM. ... Hit an NCAA B cut in the 1,650 freestyle and 400 IM.
2017-18 (JUNIOR): Broke three individual event school records in the 500 Y Free (4:45.67), 1650 Y Free (16:15.50) and 400 Y IM (4:10.67)… Member of the relay team that set the new school record for the 800 Y Free Relay (7:20.01)… With her final 1650 Y Free time, she earned second-fastest time in conference history… Earned Mountain West Swimmer of the Meet at the 2017-18 MW Swimming and Diving Championship… Named Mountain West Swimmer of the Year.
2016-17 (SOPHOMORE): First season of competition eligibility at CSU for Rowley… Broke three individual and one relay school record for 1000 Y Freestyle (9:48.94), 1650 Y Free (16:26.75), 400 Y IM (4:14.15) and 800 Y Free Relay (7:22.46) at the 2016-17 Mountain West Swimming and Diving Championship… Earned All-Mountain West recognition in the 500 Y Free, 400 Y IM and 1650 Y Free.
2016: Enrolled in classes, however, did not compete during the spring portion of the 2015-16 season due to NCAA transfer rules.
2015 (at Purdue): Rowley competed for Purdue in the fall, posting the team’s fifth-best marks in the 1000 free (10:09.27), 200 back (2:01.18) and the fourth-best in the 400 IM (4:26.05).Â
Prep:Â Rowley was an incredibly accomplished swimmer in the Colorado high school ranks, earning 2015 Colorado Swimmer of the Year her senior year. Rowley holds the state record in the 400 IM, and participated in Olympic Trials in 2012 and 2015. Her 2:14.9 time in the 200 backstroke in the 2012 Olympic Trials placed her 26th out of 186 competitors. Rowley was also a Scholastic All-American in high school, and was the 83rd-ranked swimmer in the class of 2015 according to CollegeSwimming.com.
