		PRESIDENT'S COMMITTEE ON CLIMATE IN ATHLETICS
Colorado State University and the Colorado State Department of Athletics are committed to the health and well-being of all student athletes, coaches, faculty and staff. Colorado State University student athletes, coaches, faculty, and staff may report any concerns about the climate in the CSU Athletics program through the President’s Committee on Climate in Athletics report form. Information reported is reviewed by the President’s Committee on Climate in Athletics and routed to relevant university offices to ensure proper follow up and resolution when appropriate. The committee make up is a group of university personnel independent of the Athletics Department. Committee members include: Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs over Student-Athlete Support Services NCAA Faculty Athletics Representative Chair of the Faculty Council Committee on Intercollegiate Athletics Vice President for Equity, Equal Opportunity and Title IX Executive Director for Human Resources Representative from the Office of the General Counsel President's Committee on Climate in Athletics Report Form

		COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY RETALIATION POLICY
The Colorado State University Department of Athletics believes strongly in and strictly enforces the Colorado State University Retaliation Policy. In the fall, at the beginning of each new academic year, all Department of Athletics coaches and staff review the University’s retaliation policy and acknowledge their review and understanding of the policy.
