2015-16 (SENIOR): Played in 10 events and 30 rounds his senior season, missing two events due to injury… Led the team in scoring at a 71.77 scoring average with 15 rounds of par or better, three top-five placings and five top-10 finishes… His scoring average is the ninth-best single-season scoring average in CSU history… Also had a team-best .944 (25.5/27) in counting rounds… Shot his career-best of 66 in the final round of the 2016 Mountain West Championship, tying for sixth… Was runner-up at the PING Cougar Classic with top career marks of 10-under for the tournament and 54-hole total 206… Also tied for second at the Ram Masters Invitational with a 2-under 208, leading the Rams to the team title… Also helped CSU win the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational with a tie for third at 6-under 210, his previous career-best under-par score… Tied for sixth at the William H. 2014-15 (JUNIOR): One of two golfers to compete in all 11 tournaments in the Rams' lineup, joining senior Patrick Winther...Started the season in five straight events at the No. 2 position, and finished the year playing at the No. 1 spot in the final six tournaments…Finished in the top 20 of four events, including the William H. Tucker Intercollegiate in which he finished tied for 8th, a career-best finish…Shot seven rounds in the 60's during the season, including tying his career-low round of 67 in the final round of action en route to a 12th-place showing at the Mountain West Championship ( May. 1-3)…Shot a season-low round of three-round score of 208 at the Price's "Give 'Em Five" Invitational (Oct. 24-26), finishing tied for 16th at the event…Finished the season ranked first on the team with a stroke average of 72.48…Awarded Mountain West academic all-conference honors, as well as Mountain West Scholar-Athlete honors...Selected by Cleveland Golf/Srixon as an All-America Scholar, one of two Rams along with teammate Cameron Harrell, to earn the distinction.
2013-14 (SOPHOMORE):Â One of three golfers to compete in all 11 tournaments in the Rams' lineup, joining junior Cameron Harrell and senior Parker Edens...Started two events at the No. 2 position, six events as the Rams' No. 3, and three events at the No. 4 spot in the lineup...Shot three rounds in the 60s during the season, including a career-low round of 67 at the Ram Masters Invitational (Sept. 16-17)...Shot a season-low round of 211, also his lowest of the year vs. par (+1), at the Del Walker Intercollegiate (March 3-4)...Tied for team-leading honors, with Patrick Winther, placing in a tie for 41st against the 93-player field at The Goodwin (March 28-30)...Posted back-to-back tournaments with career-low finishes late in the season, placing 12th at the El Macero Classic (April 18-20) before leading the team with a tie for 10th at the Mountain West Championship (April 25-27)...Finished the season ranked third on the team with a stroke average of 73.75.
2012-13 (FRESHMAN):Â Competed in 11 of 12 tournaments and 32 of 35 rounds on the season for the Rams as a true freshman...Recorded his best finish of the year at the Alister MacKenzie Invitational (Oct. 15-16), tying for 13th place in the 80-player field with a three-round score of 208 (-5), one of two tournament that he finished under par in his true freshman campaign (3-under 213 at the Pacific Invitational (Oct. 29-31)...Fired a season-best round of 68 on two occasions: the final round of the par-71 Alister MacKenzie Invitational and the second round of the par-72 Pacific Invitational...Finished the season ranked fifth on the team with a stroke average of 74.16.
Byron High School:Â Five-time letter winner in golf for Byron Bears... Hiawatha Valley League All-Conference selection from 2008-2012... Named to the Minnesota Coaches' Association All-State team, the Minnesota Golf Association's all-state first team and earned a league championship... Missed the match-play portion by 1 stroke in summer season's U.S. Boys Junior Championship... In his AJGA's performances, he placed fourth in the Duncan McMillan Classic and won Nebraska Junior by firing a 66 in the final round. Ranked 81st by the National Junior Golf Scoreboard... Team rookie of the year in 2008... Four-time MVP... HVL conference champion in 2012... Team captain junior and senior year... Five-time academic all-state award winner.
