2007-08 (Freshman-Sophomore): Dani competed at the University of Arkansas, where she was a standout cross country runner. In track and field, she scored at the 2007 Jim Click Outdoor Shoot-Out (March 24), when she finished fifth in the 1,500 meters (4:40.93).

High School: Dani lettered four times in cross country and track while attending Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colo. She was named all-conference in both cross country and track all four years and was named track all-state in 2006. She was named a cross country high school All-American in 2004 and was named MVP for cross country all four years. She won the Front Range Conference championship from 2003- 06 and won the Colorado state track championship in 2006. She holds school records in the mile (4:57), two mile (10:48), 4x800 meters (9:14) and 4x1 mile (21:06).

Personal: Dani was born Oct. 4, 1987, to Bob and Amy Parry. She has two sisters, Erika and Adrienne, and two brothers, Tim and Ty. She is majoring in human development and family studies.
