2009: Redshirted

2007-2008 (Freshman): Jeff competed for the University of Northern Colorado, where he scored at the Air Force Invitational (Feb. 2) with a fourth-place finish in the 5,000-meters (16:31.59).

High School: Jeff earned three varsity letters in both cross country and track while attending Coronado High School in Colorado Springs, Colo. In his senior year he was named second-team all-region, MVP and most inspirational. He also was captain of his cross country team in his senior year.

Personal: Jeff was born April 27, 1987, to Timothy and Leslie Holt. He has an older brother, David, and an older sister, Jennifer. Majoring in biochemistry.
