2021-22 (SENIOR): Provided depth in the distance events coming off two injury-plagued seasons. … Produced points in the distance freestyle events during the dual campaign.

2020-21 (JUNIOR): Sat out the season with an injury.

2019-20 (SOPHOMORE):  Stayed with freestyle events on the season, sticking with the distance route. ... She was sideline with an injury at the close of the campaign.. 

2018-19 (FRESHMAN): Swam a leg on the 800 free relay which placed ninth at the Mountain West Championships (7:26.23). ... Competed in the 200 freestyle (1:54.05) and 500 freestyle (5:00.66) at the conference meet.

High School: Jestes was a standout at Prosper High School and competed at the Texas UIL 5A state swim meet three consecutive years. Jestes is a freestyle and IM swimmer and named MVP at her high school in 2016-17. She was also a Speedo Sectional Series qualifier every year since 2013 as a member of the Texas Ford Aquatics club, where she was coached by Dan McDonough.
