Baylor Hebb joined the staff for the 2025-26 season as a graduate assistant, before being promoted to Director of Player Personnel in the summer of 2026.Â
As a graduate assistant for the Rams, which won 21 games and reached the NIT. Hebb played an important role in developing CSU's younger players last season.
The Colleyville, Texas native spent two seasons at CSU playing for the Rams from 2021-23. Hebb also played for Loylola Chicago and UTEP during his collegiate career.
