Ben Lucas joined the Rams Sports Properties team in January 2015 as Senior Manager, Business Development. In that role, Lucas is tasked with being the lead partnership revenue generator for the CSU team. In his time at CSU, Lucas has been a part of the team that worked on the move from Hughes Stadium to Canvas Stadium, helped secure the Canvas Credit Union/Canvas Stadium Naming Rights Partnership, and brought home Learfield Property of the year for the 2017-18 Sales Cycle.

Prior to CSU, Lucas spent three years with Learfield IMG College at Bulldog Sports Properties representing Fresno State on the local partnership team. Before working for Learfield IMG College, Lucas spent five years representing the Season and Group Ticket Sales department at Kroenke Sports and Entertainment, primarily focusing on the Denver Nuggets in various roles.

Lucas earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Colorado State University in 2007. Lucas and his wife Nikki (CSU ’07) reside in Fort Collins and have two children: Nora and Bodhi.
