Brian Roth, The Voice of the Rams, serves as the Director of Broadcasting for Rams Sports Properties at Colorado State.
Roth has served as the lead play-by-play broadcaster for Colorado State football since the 2016, and his relationship with the broadcast team extends back to 2000-01 when he began as the announcer for women’s basketball. Roth’s association on the football broadcasts began in 2001 as the sideline reporter before moving into the booth as a color commentator in 2007. He is also the voice of Colorado State men's basketball.
A native of Aurora, Roth is a 1993 graduate of Smoky Hill High and 1998 graduate of another state university. Roth is also a regular contributor to Colorado State’s RamWire storytelling arm with weekly podcasts devoted to the coverage of CSU Athletics. He is married to the former Corinne Hofstetter, a two-time Mountain West champion in the 200-yard fly as a CSU swimmer in 2003-04. They have three children, twins Trenton and Juliette, and Taylor.
