Brynne Davis joined Colorado State Athletics in April 2016 and was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing in Aug. 2022.
Davis, who originally came to CSU as the Director of Community Engagement and Marketing, oversees and develops the plan for CSU's in-venue fan experiences and integrates with the Strategic Communications and Brand Enhancement team for paid marketing opportunities and digital advertising strategy.

Prior to coming to Colorado State, Davis was the Assistant Director of Marketing at Northern Arizona University. During her time at NAU she oversaw the marketing and promotional efforts for volleyball, soccer, and women's basketball. Davis also coordinated the on-field activities for football and directed the in-game production for men's basketball games. She also developed and managed a comprehensive partnership between Flagstaff Unified School District and NAU Athletics. Davis was involved with various on-campus committees, building relationships with key university contributors and entities.

Prior to Northern Arizona University, Davis spent two years as a Marketing and Promotions Manager Graduate Assistant at Seattle University. She also developed and executed marketing plans to increase attendance at men’s basketball, men’s soccer and women’s soccer. Davis was involved in creating and managing Redhawk Rewards, a student rewards program that helped drive campus outreach and student engagement. She also supervised the "Redzone," Seattle University's student fan group.

Davis is a former student-athlete as she played softball from 2007-12 at the University of Maine. She was captain of the softball team and served as the Co-President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee in 2010-11. During her time at Maine, she worked as an Athletics Marketing and Promotions Intern. In this role, she oversaw the UMaine Bananas Cub Club.

Davis also interned for Seattle Reign FC of the National Women's Soccer League and assisted at the WAC Cross Country Championship and Pac-12 Women's Basketball Tournament in Seattle.

A 2012 graduate of University of Maine with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing, Davis went on to earn her Master of Sports Administration and Leadership from Seattle University in 2014.
