Caleb Wilson joined Jim Mora’s staff as the wide receivers coach in March 2026 after spending the past two seasons at Washington as a wide receiver quality control coach.

He started his coaching career at UCLA in 2023 before landing at Purdue as an offensive line graduate assistant for the 2023 season. He joined the Huskies the following season, while also participating in the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship with the Denver Broncos and Minnesota Vikings.

Wilson started his collegiate playing career at USC before transferring to UCLA after his freshman year where he played for Mora as a tight end. He was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the seventh round, 254th pick of the 2019 NFL Draft. Wilson played for the Washington Redskins, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Football Team and the Denver Broncos before joining the coaching ranks.
