Hope McConkey joined Ram Sports Properties in June of 2022, having spent the past five years working at Northern Colorado. She will serve as a manager in Partnership Services.

McConkey moved up the ladder at Northern Colorado, beginning in 2017 as a marketing intern, then moved to the marketing and fan engagement graduate assistant for 2018-19. She then advanced to the roles of marketing and fan engagement coordinator before becoming the director of administration and engagement in 2020-21.

As the director of administration and engagement, she oversaw the department's community outreach with programs such as Read with the Bears and Klawz Cub Club program along with assisting in the marketing efforts for men's basketball and wrestling and marketing and gameday operations for football.

Through her time at UNC, her responsibilities have included overseeing all marketing and gameday experience for women's basketball, wrestling and baseball. She has helped manage all of Northern Colorado Athletics' social media platforms, as well. As the coordinator, she also oversaw the work of the graduate assistant and internship program.

McConkey earned two degrees at the University of Northern Colorado, obtaining her bachelor’s degree in sport and exercise science in 2018 and a master’s in sport administration in 2019. She spends her free time with her rescue dog, Jensen.
