Jared Hinrichs rejoined the Colorado State football program as the Director of Football Operations before the 2025 season. He spent the last two seasons at San Diego State as an football operations specialist. Hinrichs' first stint in Fort Collins was in 2022 as an operations assistant.
In his role with the Rams, Hinrichs handles all aspects of team travel and oversees the day-to-day operation, organization, and flow of the football program. As DFO, he organizes team events, manages team communications, and oversees facility scheduling.
Hinrichs was born and raised in Kansas City and is a two-time graduate of the University of Kansas, earning his bachelor's in 2020 and master's in 2022 in sport management. His father Jay Hinrichs was Northern Colorado's Director of Athletics from 2004 to 2013 and spent time in the front office with the Kansas City Royals.
