Julie Wonch joined the Colorado State Sports Medicine Department in August of 2024 and works with football and women’s tennis.
Julie worked as an athletic training intern with the New York Jets for the 2023-2024 season. Prior to her time with the Jets, she interned with the Syracuse University cheer squads and men’s rowing. Julie earned her Master of Science in Kinesiology from Temple University where she worked as a graduate assistant with football and women’s rowing. Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Central Michigan University in 2020 where she was also a member of the track and field team.
Julie is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA). She currently lives in Fort Collins with her two cats Bean and Toast.
