Megan Frey joined the Colorado State sports medicine staff in July 2021 and primarily works with volleyball and swimming and diving teams.

Megan earned her bachelor's degree at California State University, Long Beach. She completed clinical rotations as an athletic training student at Long Beach City College and Long Beach State with women’s water polo and men’s basketball teams. Megan was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of Idaho, where she worked with Vandal volleyball and swimming and diving teams. More recently, Megan was a certified athletic trainer at the University of Memphis, where she worked with volleyball and tennis.

Frey is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA). She also holds certifications from NASM and FMS.
