Paige Hilliard was hired as the director of on-campus recruiting in December 2025, having spent three seasons with Jim Mora at Connecticut.

She held the same role at UConn her final two seasons, initially joining the staff in 2023 as a recruiting coordinator.

She earned her degree from Illinois State University in 2022 where she was a scholarship student-athlete on the volleyball team from 2019 through 2022. She played one season of volleyball at LSU before transferring to Illinois State.
