Tyler Hill started at Colorado State in September 2022 as a football operations student intern before moving up in the department to operations student assistant, operations assistant and eventually to the Assistant Director of Football operations in December 2025.
In his role, he assists the director of football operations with team travel, Teamworks and budgeting. He also oversees a student team that assists with practice, camp and clinic operations, as well as recruiting support and day-to-day operations.
