Vinny Gullia came to Colorado State as the Director of Player Personnel in December 2025 after spending the last three seasons at NC State as the assistant director of player personnel.

While with the Wolfpack, Gullia oversaw the high school and JUCO prospect evaluation pipeline flow from player personnel to head coach for all defensive positions.

After earning his undergraduate degree, Gullia worked at Arizona State in the recruiting and player personnel department as an assistant while working on earning his masters degree.
