2017-18 Colorado State Single Game Football Credential Requests
Welcome!
Media organizations wishing to request single-game credentials to Colorado State's home football contests may use this credential application form to officially submit those requests. To ensure timely production of credentials, please submit your requests at least 72 hours in advance (1 week preferred for mailing credentials and parking prior to game - otherwise parking may not be able to be provided).
• Credentials will be issued ONLY to accredited news-gathering organizations, free-lance individuals on assignment from an accredited news-gathering organization or approved NFL scouts.
• Please individually list the full name and title of each person for whom a credential is being requested (up to three (3) individual people per form; submit additional forms as needed to complete the request). Then, check the game credential and parking needs for each individual. An individual name for each credential must be provided for full consideration.
• Please note that parking is limited and all requests for parking passes may not be granted. CSU Athletics Communications staff will work with you individually to accommodate parking needs for each request as long as there is available space.
