Men?s Golf Completes First Round at NCAA Regionals

Auburn, Wash. - The Colorado State University men?s golf team finished the first round of the NCAA West Regional in 18th place Friday morning.
The Rams were led by junior Martin Laird who shot a 1-over-par 73. Laird had three birdies in the round.
Nolan Matin posted a 77 in the first round. Brett Tobyne and Tommy Sharp each shot 78. Geoff Nuwash rounded out the Ram lineup with a 79.
The NCAA Regionals will continue today with the second round. Colorado State must finish in the top-10 in the region to advance to the NCAA Championships.
