Rams Fire Three Rounds Under-Par at Mountain West Championship

Colorado State plays 22-under in Tucson
TUSCON, Ariz.- Colorado State finished out the Mountain West Championship on Tuesday, boasting a 22-under finish for a team placement in eighth.
 The Rams ranked first out of all teams in pars with 176, in addition to being ranked third for par-3 performance with an average of five-over. In all three rounds, every golfer in Colorado State's four-player team finished even-to or below par.
Leading the Rams in the championship was Charlie Doyle, who played five-under for a finish tied for 24th. Doyle ranked ninth of all individuals on total birdies, with a total of 15 on the 54 holes.

Leading the Rams in birdies with 15, Doyle shot six of his birdies in round three alongside three bogeys, earning him a four-under card for the final day.Â
T27. Jake Rodgers (-3)
Along with shooting nine birdies, Rodgers ranked second of all players in pars with a total of 40.
T39. Alessandro Trenta (E)
Trenta played his low round on the first day, shooting four birdies and fourteen pars for a final round-one score of four-under.
Matthew Wilkinson, Elijah Knudsen and Owen Mullen all acted as subs in this tournament, each playing two rounds.Â
Wilkinson played in the first and second rounds, playing one-under-par in the first round and eight-over in the second with five birdies.Â
Knudsen played in the first and third rounds with respective two-over and three-under cards. Knudsen was the only Ram to shoot an eagle, which he notched alongside two two birdies in the third round.
Mullen subbed in for the second and third rounds, where he inked a pair of two-under cards. With a total of ten birdies, Mullen shot four within the second round's front nine.
