Women Begin Play in Dick McGuire Invitational

The Rams will be in competition again today when they begin play in the 25th Annual Comcast/Dick McGuire Invitational.

The tournament will be played in Albuquerque, N.M. and is being hosted by fellow Mountain West team New Mexico. The three-day event will be played on the 6,069, par 73 University of New Mexico Championship Course. Eighteen holes will be played each day and the top four scores from each team will count toward the total score.

The field will be made up of 17 teams including six Mountain West schools: BYU, Colorado State, New Mexico, San Diego State, UNLV, and Wyoming.

The Rams are coming off a second place finish in their first tournament of the year, the Ptarmigan/Ram Classic.
