Rams In Fourth at Mountain View Collegiate
The Colorado State women?s golf team currently sits in fourth place after the first two rounds of the Mountain View Collegiate in Tucson, Ariz. The Rams are shot 588 (+12) as a team and are five strokes behind leader Northwestern.
Senior Trisha Quick led the Rams with rounds of 70 (-2) and 71 (-1) for a total of 141. She is tied for third place, and is four strokes behind tournament leader Meghan Little from the University of Louisville.
Lynette Duran fired rounds of 74 and 72 to finish +2 for the day, in a six-way tie for 13th place. Kristen Campos is +5 after rounds of 75 and 74, and is tied for 25th. Rounding out the scoring for the Rams is Chelsea Benton at 153 (+9) and Margaret Garehime at 154 (+10)
The Mountain View Collegiate concludes tomorrow with a single round teeing off at 8:30 MST. Results will be available after the tournament at CSURAMS.com
