This weekend, two Ram Tennis players are traveling to Pacific Palisades, Calif. for the Riviera/ ITA All-American Championships. Junior Emily Kirchem and Sophomore Anne Andersen will make the trip to represent the Rams at the national level.

Kirchem begins the tournament with prequalifying rounds on Saturday and Sunday. The top four individuals from theses rounds will then move onto the qualifying round on Tuesday. Finals for the championship will be held next Saturday, Oct. 8.

Andersen will join Kirchem in the prequalifying doubles tournament and will proceed in the same fashion as the singles tournament.

Last weekend at the BYU Invitational, Kirchem finished 2-1, with her loss to Andersen. In doubles play they were 2-1 with a close 8-6 loss to Sofia Holden and Olga Boulytcheva of BYU.

Next weekend the Rams play in the Air Force Invitational with the whole team playing.
