Rams Have 13 Named To All-Academic Team

The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced that 13 members of the Colorado State track & field team were named to its All-Academic Team.
Janay DeLoach, Chantelle Dron, Jason Fearheiley, Justin Hazzard, Kristen Hemphill, Nate Heyrman, Haley Hunt, Danielle Korb, Katie Lloyd, Jill McCormick, Paul Michel, Scott Sanders and April Thomas were all honored.
The USTFCCCA honors individuals and teams for their academic and athletic accomplishments during the indoor and outdoor track seasons. To qualify for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Team, an athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher and must have met the NCAA Division I regional or national qualifying standard in his event.
Both Hunt and Thomas have 4.00 grade point averages, while Fearheiley, McCormick and Michel graduated from Colorado State at the end of the spring term.
