Colorado State (7-8) continues its California tour this week as the Rams will get set to play at conference foe UC San Diego on Thursday before hitting the pool for four games in the Claremont Colleges Tournament on Saturday and Sunday.
CSU at #16 UC San Diego: The Rams hold an 0-2 record versus UCSD with 9-2 and 14-6 setbacks to the Tritons last year. UCSD comes into Thursday's game ranked 16th in the nation with a 7-8 record on the year.
CSU vs. Chapman: CSU faces fellow WWPA member Chapman in the first game of the Claremont Colleges Tournament Saturday. The Rams are 1-2 versus the Panthers all-time with CSU's only win coming in a 7-3 game in last year's WWPA Tournament. Chapman is currently 2-5 after a pair of losses in the Cal Baptist Tournament.
CSU vs. Whittier: Whittier is 6-8 on the season after posting a 3-1 mark in the Lancer Invitational. CSU will meet the Poets for the third time in school history after splitting in the first two contests.
CSU vs. Occidental: CSU is 0-1 against Occidental all-time after an 8-6 loss to the Tigers in 2005. Occidental is 5-9 and will play in the Cal Tech Classic on Thursday before playing in the Claremont Tournament.
CSU vs. Pomona-Pitzer: Pomona-Pitzer won its only meeting with CSU in an 11-9 battle last year in the Claremont Colleges Tournament. The Sagehens were winless at 0-3 going into last weekend's Cal Baptist/Pomona-Pitzer Tournament.
