FORT COLLINS, Colo. - With only a few days remaining until the start of the 2008-09 men's basketball season, excitement is building on the Colorado State campus. In preparation for Friday's home opener, students will have a chance to meet and interact with the Rams as they make final preparations for the upcoming season.

On Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. inside Moby Arena, KCSU will present the Pizza Hut Green Machine Hoops Assembly. The event will feature free pizza courtesy of Pizza Hut, which will be available to the first 200 members of the `Green Machine' (the name of the student sections at Moby Arena).

This student-only event will give students the opportunity to watch the final 30 minutes of the Rams' practice as well as participate in a question-and-answer session with Head Coach Tim Miles. In addition, three students will be chosen to compete in a student slam dunk contest with the CSU players serving as judges. Also, one student will be given the chance to take on Miles in a game of R-A-M, an abbreviated version of H-O-R-S-E.

Pizza Hut now offers two new ways to enjoy pizza at a great price for students: new stuffed pizza rolls starting at $1.49 or Pizza Mia for just $5 when three or more are ordered. Orders can be made on-line at www.PizzaHut.com.
