The Rams open the month of December with a return to Moby Arena for a showdown against perennial NCAA tournament participant the University of Nevada. The Wolfpack has made four trips to the NCAA tournament in the last five seasons. Nevada advanced to the Sweet 16 in 2004 and to the second round in both 2005 and 20007.

On Saturday afternoon at San Francisco, the Rams narrowly missed putting an end to their now 21-game road losing streak. The Dons hit a pair of free throws with 3.2 seconds remaining and Jesse Carr's runner at the buzzer didn't fall and the Dons escaped with the win.

The Rams will now return to Moby Arena where they are 3-2 on the young season. The last time out at home, the Rams knocked off New Orleans 78-60 on Wednesday.

Marcus Walker currently ranks second in the MWC in points per game at 19.4 per outing. He scored a game-high 22 points at San Francisco on Saturday and has tallied 17 or more points in four of five games this season.

Andre McFarland ranks second in the MWC in three-point percentage on the season. He has connected on 17-29 (.586) on the season and has gone 14-21 (.667) in his last four games.
