FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Fans have just one more opportunity to catch CSU's head football coach live at the Coors Light Steve Fairchild Radio Show.
Fairchild and host Jerry Schemmel, Voice of the Rams, return to the Stonehouse Grille and will begin an hour earlier tonight, at 6 p.m., due to the short-week schedule. The day after Thanksgiving, the Rams line up against century-old rival Wyoming Nov. 27 at Sonny Lubick Field at Hughes Stadium, a 12 noon kickoff. Great seats are still available.
What's more, fans at tonight's show will have the opportunity to meet with two members of the CSU coaching staff and several senior players, who will be playing their final game in a Rams uniform, against Wyoming. All will be guests on the show, following Fairchild's opening segment. The show will feature four senior players, Tim Walter, Adrian Martinez, Nick Oppenneer and Klint Kubiak.
Fans are welcome and encouraged to attend, making up the live audience at the Stonehouse, 125 S. College Ave., in Fort Collins' historic Old Town district near the CSU campus. Stonehouse offers great-tasting pub fare with a Scottish twist, as well as multiple HDTVs for viewing sports and other special events.
Fans unable to attend can tune in on the Colorado State Radio Network, and can still ask Fairchild and guests questions. Producers answer phones during each show to put fans on live with the coach or his guests. The toll-free number is 1-866/702-7691.
Fans also have the opportunity to e-mail questions at any time, by visiting the show's page on CSURams.com: http://csurams.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/spec-rel/steve-fairchild-show.html.
