Godell qualifies for NCAA championship meet

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Colorado State senior thrower Alex Godell will represent the Rams at this weekend’s NCAA Indoor track and field championship, hosted by Texas A&M.
The Littleton, Colo., native has the 14th best mark in the country in the weight throw this season at 67-feet, nine inches, which he set on Feb. 20 at Wyoming.
The NCAA championship meet will take place on Friday and Saturday, with Godell’s event taking place at 5 p.m. CT on Saturday.
