IN THEIR WORDS
Colorado State head coach Niko Medved on the loss
We didn't do much well tonight, really on either end of the floor. You've got to give that team (Louisiana) a lot of credit. Their pressure really bothered us. They came out and decided to press us and pressure us and they had a good game plan that way, and clearly, something that we weren't prepared enough for. They got us really all out of sorts and we weren't able to get into our offense at all early. The bright side is, for a freshman point guard like Kendle (Moore), he kind of got put through the ringer a little bit tonight. Those are, some times, some tough lessons growing up, but he wasn't alone. Then I thought we got the ball to the rim a ton tonight and we weren't able to finish at all.
