Colorado State secured its third undefeated Mountain West season and fourth for the MW.
RENO, Nev. – No. 11 Colorado State recorded its 21st sweep of the season at Nevada Saturday afternoon. The sweep was also the 13th for CSU against Mountain West opponents and gave the Rams their third perfect Mountain West season.
MATCH NOTES
- Breana Runnels led the Rams with 12 kills, adding six digs and a pair of aces
- Both middles, Kirstie Hillyer and Paulina Hougaard-Jensen added nine kills apiece, including combining for 15 blocks
- Hougaard-Jensen led CSU with nine blocks and hitting .467
- Alexa Roumeliotis led the back row with 15 digs and perfect on serve-receive
- Ciera Zimmerman saw significant action, dishing out 35 assists
- The Rams totaled 15 blocks, the fourth time they have recorded 15-or-more blocks in a three-set match
- CSU finished hitting .289 and kept the Wolf Pack to a .010 mark
