Colorado State Announces Flexibility, Options and Service for Fall Season

All Season Ticket Partner seat location changes and account management decisions made for the 2020-21 Athletic Seasons in order to adjust due to COVID-19 are only for the 2020-21 Athletics Season(s).You will have the first opportunity to renew your originally purchased season ticket locations, season ticket quantities and season parking passes for the 2021-22 seasons.

Subject to approval from state and county health and safety professionals, we are working to finalize plans for Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena. To support a healthy and safe fan experience, and as a result of the Football and Volleyball schedule modifications, below are important price and protocol changes for 2020-21:

The 2020 Football season ticket and season parking pass prices have been adjusted to reflect the cancelation of the Rocky Mountain Showdown game vs. Colorado:
  • Adjusted Season Ticket Price = $175 (reduction of $75 per ticket). 
  • Adjusted Season Parking Price = $84 (reduction of $16 per pass).
  • Faculty and Staff, Bundles and other promotional package pricing has also been adjusted accordingly.

The 2020 Volleyball season ticket and parking prices have been adjusted to reflect the cancelation of four (4) home matches:
  • Premium Reserved season ticket = $87 (reduction of $38 per ticket)
  • Public Reserved season ticket = $73 (reduction of $32 per ticket)
  • General Admission season ticket = $52 (reduction of $23 per ticket)
  • Season parking pass = $42 (reduction of $18 per pass)
  • Faculty and Staff, Bundles and other promotional package pricing has also been adjusted accordingly.

Student-Athlete Guests, Students and Season Ticket Partners will be given first-priority.

All seating in Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena will be reserved and be reassigned to accommodate physical distancing:
  • Seat blocks will be no greater than 10-seats in a row.
  • All seating (with the exception of Suites and Loge Boxes in Canvas Stadium) will be reassigned using Ram Points and feedback received from the "Seating Feedback Survey" distributed by the Rams Ticket office.

Face coverings/masks will be required on the Colorado State University Campus and to enter Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena and to be worn for the duration of your time in either venue.

For the 2020-21 seasons, all bags, including clear bags, will be restricted into Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena. Only small clutch purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" will be permitted. Limited exceptions will be made to accommodate medical and infant requirements.

Based on ticket/seating locations in Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena, all fans will be informed and directed in advance to specific gates for entrance and exit.

Your support remains critical during these unique and challenging times, and we recognize the game day changes that are required to support a healthy and safe fan experience impact you and what you originally expected when you chose to purchase Rams Season Tickets.We ask that you stay committed, and in appreciation, you will receive a 10% season ticket discount in 2021-22. This applies to all season ticket partners who retain their 2020 season tickets and/or reallocate their 2020 payments.

In addition to your 10% season ticket discount, the Ram Club will award a one-time Bonus Ram Point total based on the option you choose.

  • Reallocate your 2020 Football and/or Volleyball season ticket and/or season parking pass(es) credits.
  • If the location of your seat(s) change, reallocating the payments you have made that are no longer required for 2020 tickets and parking.
  • Recommended reallocation funds include:
    • CSU Athletics Stalwart Rams COVID-19 Pandemic Relief Fund
    • Stadium Fund
    • Athletic Director's Discretionary Fund
Example: If your original season tickets required a $500 per seat priority contribution and they are moved to a section that requires a $300 per seat priority contribution, the difference of $200 per seat is reallocated.

  • Purchase tickets to other sporting events by applying your 2020 Football and/or Volleyball season ticket and/or season parking pass(es) credits.
  • If the location of your seat(s) change, apply those funds to the purchase of tickets to other Rams home events in 2020-21:
    • Men's Basketball
    • Women's Basketball
Example: If your original season tickets required a $500 per seat priority contribution and they are moved to a section that requires a $300 per seat priority contribution, the difference of $200 per seat is used to purchase tickets to other Rams home events.

  • Apply your 2020 Football and/or Volleyball season ticket and/or season parking pass(es) credits to your 2021 Football and/or Volleyball season tickets and parking.
  • If the location of your seat(s) change, or you no longer feel comfortable attending sporting events in 2020 due to COVID-19, apply your payments to next season – 2021/22.  Your 2021/22 season ticket account will be credited and you simply apply those funds to season tickets of your choice:
    • Football
    • Volleyball
    • Men's Basketball
    • Women's Basketball

  • If you are not comfortable attending events in 2020 due to COVID-19 or due to the revised location of your seat(s), please consider reallocating the payments you have made to one of the following tax deductible donation funds:
    • CSU Athletics Stalwart Rams COVID-19 Pandemic Relief Fund
    • Stadium Fund
    • Athletic Director's Discretionary Fund

  • If you do not choose to reallocate your 2020 Football and/or Volleyball season ticket and/or season parking pass(es) credits and would like these funds refunded to you.
  • If your new seat location does not require the same contribution, and reallocating the payments you have made that were required for your original seat(s) location is not of interest to you, the payments that you have made that are no longer required for tickets and/or parking will be refunded to you. 
Example: If your original season tickets required a $500 per seat priority contribution and they are moved to a section that requires a $300 per seat priority contribution, the difference of $200 per seat will be refunded to you via the same method of payment you used.

  • If you are not interested in one of the following, a refund will be issued.
    • Donating payments you have made.
    • Purchasing tickets to other sports.
    • Applying your payments to next year (2021-22)

All refund requests will be fulfilled by the second week of December, 2020.

  • Colorado State Athletic Department staff members will be calling each Football season ticket partner account beginning Monday, August 10, 2020 and will conclude by Friday, August 21, 2020. 
  • Colorado State Athletic Department staff members will be call each Volleyball season ticket partners account beginning Monday, August 24, 2020 and will conclude by Friday, August 28, 2020.
  • These calls will assist with:
    • Your revised season ticket locations that accommodate physical distancing.
    • Revised Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena fan experience and event day protocols.
    • Custom Account Management options based on modified schedules, revised seating locations and event day protocols.
    • Other support Colorado State Athletics can provide you.
