Reiter Named Second Team All-American by Rubio Long Snapping

The senior snapper is the first snapper to earn All-American status in program history.
FORT COLLINS, Colo - Colorado State senior long snapper Ross Reiter continued the Rams' run of All-American accolades by earning second team All-American honors from Rubio Long Snapping.
He is the first snapper in program history to earn All-American accolades.
A preseason All-American by the outlet as well, Reiter was named a midseason top performer by the Patrick Mannelly Award, given to the nation's top long snapper, and was also a semifinalist for the award. Following the 2021 season, Reiter also picked up First Team All-Mountain West honors from Phil Steele. He was also the first snapper in program history to reach first team recognition.
The Phoenix native snapped every punt and placekick attempt during his four-year career at Colorado State without incident and was a key part of the battery that helped punter Ryan Stonehouse set an NCAA career record for punt average as well as kicker Cayden Camper set the single-season field goal record.Â
