Kaylee Headrick comes to Colorado State from the College of Southern Idaho
FORT COLLINS – Colorado State has added a tough competitor to its 2024-25 roster, announcing the signing of Kaylee Headrick, a guard/forward coming from Southern Idaho.
Â
"We are excited to have Kaylee join the Ram family," coach Ryun Williams said. "Kaylee is one tough basketball player, loves rebounding the ball and has nice versatility on both ends of the floor. Kaylee will join us from one of the best Junior College programs in the country and will have a lot of college games under her belt when she arrives. She has played both inside and on the perimeter for Southern Idaho and that will transition nicely to our system."
Â
Headrick on Colorado State: "I choose Colorado State because of the coaching staff and how they cared about me as a player and a person. Colorado State will help me further my education and help me excel in the workforce."
Â
Headrick is a sophomore guard/forward on Southern Idaho's roster currently and has started all six games, while averaging 10.8 points and 11 rebounds per game. She is also shooting 43.9 percent from the floor so far this season. During her freshman season at Southern Idaho, she played in all 34 games and made 33 starts for the Golden Eagles. She averaged over 23 minutes per game and tallied 12 double-doubles, while scoring 10.5 points and nine rebounds. After her first year in Twin Falls, she was named first-team Region 18 and a NJCAA All-American.
