Scheduling Alliance Prompts Two Road Changes for Colorado State Football

The seven-game home slate is not impacted.

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – As a result of the recently announced scheduling alliance between the Mountain West, Oregon State, and Washington State, two road trips on Colorado State's 2024 schedule have been altered.

Colorado State's seven-game home slate is not impacted.

The Rams, previously scheduled to travel to San Diego State and Boise State, will now instead travel to Nevada and Oregon State as part of the temporary "7+1" format. Under the guidelines of the scheduling alliance, the game at Oregon State will be treated as a non-conference game and will not count towards conference standings.

For the first time in program history, Colorado State will have seven guaranteed home games, and season tickets for 2024, including Colorado and Wyoming, are now on-sale. It will also be Colorado's first visit to Fort Collins since 1996, and the first time Colorado State has hosted Wyoming and Colorado in the same season since 1996.

Fans are encouraged to secure their season tickets as soon as possible as a season ticket is the only way to guarantee attendance for the Rocky Mountain Showdown on Sept. 14.

Dates, times, and television assignments for the complete 2024 schedule will be announced at a later date.
