Stevens Earns First Team All-Mountain West Honor

Isaiah Stevens becomes a four-time All-Mountain West honoree
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Isaiah Stevens is a four-time All-Mountain West honoree after being named to the 2023 first team announced by the conference Tuesday afternoon. This is the senior guard's first time earning a spot on the first team.
Stevens led the league in assists (7.1) and fourth in scoring per game (17.8) reaching double figures in all 18 games. The senior recorded six double-doubles in conference play, five of which were of the points, assists variety.
In the regular season finale, he reset the school's record for assists with 13 adding in 17 points for his sixth double-double of the conference season. Stevens's season-high scoring also came in conference play when he dropped 33 points in a comeback, overtime win at UNLV in January.
A four-time selection now, he was a second team member the past two seasons and the conference's Freshman of the Year and a part of the third team in 2019-20.
Stevens and the Rams enter the Mountain West Tournament as the No. 8 seed taking on No. 9 seed Fresno State on Wednesday at Noon MT / 11 am PT inside Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas.
