Froebe Captures Weekly MW Honors

Ram guard named league freshman of the week.
FORT COLLINS. – Another week, another conference award for Colorado State women's basketball as freshman guard Kloe Froebe was named the Mountain West Freshman of the Week, the league announced on Monday.

Froebe started in each of the Rams' two games this past week, averaging 14.5 points and 4.0 rebounds per game on 50% (11-of-12) shooting from the floor and 87.5% (7-of-8) shooting from the free-throw line.

In the first road game of her career, Froebe looked calm and comfortable as she led the Rams in scoring with 14 points. Later in the week against Columbia College, the Lincoln, Ill., native was the game's co-leading scorer with 15 points, while also logging seven rebounds which included five on the offensive glass.

Froebe and the Rams are back in Moby Arena for two games this week, beginning with Southern on Tuesday (Nov. 19) followed by Northern Arizona on Saturday (Nov. 23). Fans can purchase tickets to watch the Rams at CSURams.com/WBBTickets.
