Bergsdottir Picks Up Third Player of the Week Honor

Andrea Bergsdottir was named the Mountain West Player of the Week
FORT COLLINS – Colorado State's Andrea Bergsdottir earned her third Mountain West Player of the Week honor on Wednesday announced by the conference. This honor comes after winning the Fresno State Classic last week.
The victory was the second of the year for Bergsdottir matching both the program's career and single-season marks for wins. Her 4-under, 212 won the tournament by two strokes. She entered the round two strokes off the lead before firing a closing 68.
Not only did Bergsdottir earn the individual medalist at the Fresno State Classic, but the Rams also won the team title. It was CSU's second straight team victory and third of the year to set a program record.
Bergsdottir and the Rams return to action this weekend at the Chattanooga Classic, April 7-9.
